1 Stay Safe Assess Injury
  • Move out of traffic if possible
  • Check yourself and others for injuries
  • Call for medical help if needed
2 Call Police & Report
  • Always report the crash, even if minor

3 Gather Information

  • Stay alert for debris, potholes, and road hazards

  • Obey traffic signals and stop signs
  • Ride with traffic, not against it
  • Use proper lane position

  • Wear bright visible clothing (e.g., 3FP jersey)
  • Ride with reason, avoiding sidewalks

  • Plan your route
