We invite all bike clubs, organizations, and community projects to share your experiences, both triumphs and challenges. By contributing your stories, you help build a valuable resource that can inspire and guide others in the cycling community.

How to Share Your Story

You can share your case study through any of the following methods:

  1. Online Form: Complete our case study submission form.
  2. Email: Send your story to hi@3feetplease.org.
  3. Direct Wiki Submission: Create a page directly on our wiki by following these steps:
    • Create an account.
    • Navigate to Create a Page.
    • Use the template provided below as a guide to structure your case study.
    • Submit your page for review.

To help share your story, we've created the following template. You do not need to use this template, it's just a guide to help.

1. Project Overview

  • Project Name:
  • Organization/Group Name:
  • Location: (City, State/Province, Country)
  • Timeframe: (Start date – End date, or Ongoing)
  • Project Type: (e.g., Infrastructure Advocacy, Community Engagement, Safety Education, Policy Change, Event, Fundraising, etc.)

2. Project Summary

Provide a brief description of the project, its goals, and what it aimed to accomplish.

3. Background & Context

Explain why this project was necessary. What problem or opportunity did it address?

4. Key Actions Taken

  • Planning & Research: (Any studies, community engagement, or data collection done beforehand)
  • Implementation: (What was done, how, and by whom)
  • Collaboration & Partnerships: (Other organizations, government agencies, businesses, or community groups involved)
  • Challenges Faced: (Obstacles encountered and how they were addressed)
