Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using 3fp.org, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining account security and for activity that occurs under your account. You must not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
Group and Social Management
Only authorized managers/owners of claimed groups may use social publishing tools. You represent that you have rights to post, schedule, and manage connected social accounts and submitted content.
User Content
You retain rights to content you submit. By posting content through 3FP, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content as needed to provide the service.
Third-Party Services
3FP integrates with third-party services such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and policies.
Disclaimers and Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent allowed by law, 3FP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
